ingrediences
flour/self raising 400grams
milk 250 mls
margarine or butter 40 grams according to taste
saltanas 35 grams
chia seeds 2 tea spoons




cooking instrutions
add flour, saltanas, chia seeds and margarine/butter and mix well
then add milk mix untill mixture is soft and doughie lets stand for about 1 hour
divide mixture into 8/10 then roll into round shape with hands place on cooking tray
cook until golden brown approx 20-25 min at 220 deg
